Join our London team arranging specialist finance across property and business sectors. Ideal for candidates with 2-5 years in finance, banking, or professional services seeking client-facing, deal-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Client consultation and needs assessment
- Lender selection and deal structuring
- Application preparation and submission
- Transaction management through to completion
- Building relationships with clients and lenders
Requirements
- 2-5 years in finance, banking, or professional services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Degree qualified (finance, business, economics preferred)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
Senior Finance Broker
Experienced finance professional to manage complex transactions and mentor junior team members. Strong existing lender relationships and proven track record required.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-value transactions (£5M+)
- Develop and maintain lender relationships
- Mentor and support associate-level team members
- Contribute to business development and strategy
- Represent the firm at industry events
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, or related field
- Established lender relationships across multiple sectors
- Proven track record of successful deal completion
